Digital Consultants, LLC is an online digital marketing company with many lines of service.  We offer a full range of products from getting online to full digital marketing and email marketing.

This agreement is between Digital Consultants, LLC and your company, hereinafter referred to as "Client". 

By signing up with Digital Consultants, LLC, you understand that we will provide set up or clean up services for your legal business based on the program you select.  The minimum obligation term is 3 months.  You agree that you are fully authorized to provide information about the Client, and you are authorized to sign this contract on behalf of the Client.  You understand you will be charged $99 per month beginning upon sign up until 30 days notice is given by either party.

You agree to provide information needed for Digital Consultants, LLC to accomplish this service.  Information may include names, photographs, contact information and/or log in/passwords to current profiles.  You agree that you will provide true and correct information that is not intellectual property or copyright protected.

Digital Consultants, LLC agrees not to use your information for ANY reason other than to complete the purchased services.  We do not sell, share or transfer any information for any reason other than required by law.

You agree and give permission to Digital Consultants, LLC to obtain and claim google profiles, website hosting, domain names, and other accounts as authorized.   You also agree that your business is in compliance with all applicable laws and is not an illegal business. You understand there may be charges related to transferring this account information to you upon cancellation of this agreement. Any transfer charges will be the sole obligation of the client. Digital Consultants will work to minimize these charges and assist in the transfer for up to 30 days after cancellation.

You agree to hold harmless Digital Consultants, LLC against any lawsuits brought against your company for any reason.  Any disputes will be discussed with Digital Consultants, LLC and you will allow us the opportunity to negotiate a resolution prior to any legal action being taken.  Any lawsuits brought against Digital Consultants, LLC due to the information provided by the client will be solely your responsibility.

Terms, Conditions, Products and Services subject to change with 7 day notice.  Digital Consultants, LLC is a set up clean up service and makes no warranties or guarantees of business success.
